1. No Data Collection
OffRecord is designed as an offline-first application. We do not collect, store, share, or transmit any personal data, usage statistics, or audio recordings.
- Audio Data: All audio recording and processing happens locally on your device. Audio files are never uploaded to our servers.
- Transcription: AI transcription is performed using on-device models. Your voice data never leaves your phone.
- Analytics: The app does not contain third-party analytics SDKs.
2. Permissions
The app requests the following permissions solely for core functionality:
- Microphone: Required to capture audio for recording.
- Storage: Required to save your recordings.
The app does not request the INTERNET permission.
